Pray for J

Today the Lord spoke to us in our service about the importance of love. Also the importance of not harbouring bitterness in our hearts. The Lord says that the key to receiving answers to our prayers is love. When we harbour ill feelings towards others in our hearts, when we approach the throne of grace, there seem to tbe a barrier between us and the God of love. Somehow we feel that our prayers are not heard. Our hearts are very good at condemning us as the bitterness, the hatred and the strife became that obstacle that prevents us from receiving answers to our prayers. Let this obstacle be romoved from our hearts let love reign, and begin to experience the pure joy of having our prayers answered again and again. There is nothing too great that can stand between us and our abliity to receive from our loving Daddy God, the God of love. The fruit of the spirit is love, joy, peace, etc ... the leading characteristic evident of the fruit of the spirit being in our lives is love. Without love, there is no charity, Paul says his ministry would be like a noisy gong without love. Love is the key characteristic of a true child of God. Let us forget all that has been eating into our lives in the past and let us reach forward to the prize of His high calling in our lives. Yes, He has great plans for each of His lovely children. We have no time to stand still and bear grudges. Let us drop all the barriers and let us love. When we do that we see the blessings keep increasing in our lives. The favours keep on pouring into our live. Grace grace ... our mountains our obstacles all melt at the voice of grace.
